The curing effect of a UV furniture dryer is inversely proportional to the conveyor speed. Therefore, in actual production lines, to ensure a balance between speed and quality, at least two or three UV lamps are typically used in combination, with segmented irradiation to achieve uniform curing.

In traditional drying methods, such as natural drying or hot air drying, coatings may take a long time to fully cure. However, in paint spraying production lines using UV dryer machines, the coating can cure in a much shorter time under UV light.

Paint viscosity has a significant impact on spraying quality. In a spray painting production line, if the paint viscosity is too high, the paint will not flow and spread naturally after spraying, easily forming an orange peel surface.

When companies upgrade their production lines to increase capacity, dust generation often increases as well. For example, if the production line operates at a higher speed, the amount of material processed per unit time also increases, generating more dust.
