A roller coating production line is an automated coating equipment that uses coating rollers to evenly transfer paint to the surface of a workpiece. From a technical standpoint, automated spray painting systems are entirely suitable for coating plastic products. In fact, across numerous industries, automated systems have already been widely adopted for the spray painting of plastic goods.

A production line dust removal machine is a specialized device designed specifically for collecting dust generated within industrial production lines. An industrial dust collector is a device used for collecting dust in general industrial environments.

Basic Configuration (Suitable for small and medium-sized furniture factories) Production line process: • Feeding → Dust removal → Curtain coating machine → Leveling → UV curing machine → Unloading

UV Roller Coating Machines typically require paint viscosity within a certain range (e.g., 25–60 seconds/Ford-4 cup). If the viscosity is too low, the coating cannot form a stable film on the roller surface, and it tends to spread too quickly on the board, causing it to sag due to gravity.

If using a 100% solids UV-curable paint, no solvent evaporation is required. After spraying, allow it to stand for approximately 3–5 minutes before placing it in the UV Dryer Machine. This time is primarily for film leveling and bubble elimination.

The most common and highly compatible UV paints for roller coating machines include: UV primers, sealers, intermediate coats, high-gloss topcoats, matte topcoats, and clear acrylic systems.
