Typically, the paint utilization rate of curtain coater machines can reach 95%–98%. In contrast, the paint utilization rate of automatic spraying machines is usually between 60%–85%, far lower than that of curtain coater machines.

In high-end applications, such as piano lacquer panels, automotive parts, or high-gloss furniture, the spraying precision of CNC automatic spraying machines can reach within ±0.1mm, while the coating thickness control error can typically be controlled within the range of ±3 to 5μm. This level far exceeds the capabilities of manual painting.

In the furniture industry, the most common configuration is an effective working width of 1300mm or 1600mm. These two specifications can cover most furniture board sizes (such as standard 1220mm wide engineered wood panels), ensuring coating integrity while maintaining equipment size and economy.

Therefore, to allow CNC automatic spraying machines to achieve their intended high-precision advantages, it is essential to maintain a clean, temperature-controlled, and dust-free environment in the spraying area. This is the fundamental necessity of configuring a dust collector.

Water-based coatings are environmentally friendly coatings that use water as the dispersion medium. CNC automatic spraying machines have excellent compatibility with water-based coatings, and are widely used, especially in wood, plastics, electronic product casings, and automotive interior parts.
